I think a draw support Pokemon (Electrode, Musharna or Delphox) would do this deck some help. With a fifth of your supporters being Ghetsis, you might want some extra, non supporter draw power. I’ve also never seen a non Emboar deck play Delphox, so I’d be interested to see how good that would be outside of Emboar. Or if you go the Musharna route, Munna could also be pretty funny with a lock deck like this.

lol Kyle you got so unlucky this game. Laser flips and your opponent luck sucking a few crucial top decks won him the game BARELY by a prize. So you did well! Exciting game nonetheless.

Does muscle band increase the damage of attacks to 20 on attacks that have no base damage?

    1. Aaron

      No.

I think 2 scrapper is a must for every deck now that muscle band is so prevalent.

      Why?

Most players shouldn’t drop a Muscle Band until the turn they use it, so by the time you discard it its already increased damage once. For many decks, focusing on securing the KO (which also discards Muscle Band) would be better. Most decks probably should run two Tool Scrapper; just not for Muscle Band discards. It was quite important to discard (for example) Float Stone in the above game.
